The Recognition Committee:
- Assists in the planning or implementation of recognition events as needed for students, staff or community partners;
- Reviews criteria and process for selection of Districtwide Staff and Community Partners Annual; and
- Proposes Districtwide Staff and Community Partners Annual Award recipients. New members will need to be available for a two-hour block of scoring the week of April 9, and a meeting at 4 p.m. on April 17.
Committee members serve two-year terms.
Interested parties may complete the Letter of Interest for Participation in Committees form for open positions and submit it by noon March 1 to the Department of Communications and Community Relations, 1306 Dupont Street, Bellingham, WA 98225, 676-6520. The committee facilitator will review each application and propose new members for selection.
